1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen delivery method:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment using the courier’s official tracking portal. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

4. Domestic Shipping Policy

We deliver across India through reliable courier partners. If you live in a remote area, additional delivery time may apply. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select regions only.

5. International Shipping Policy

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their region. Arthur Equipments is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you for redelivery instructions. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately with your order details and tracking number. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Order Cancellations
